Our 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as straightforward and satisfactory as possible. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items returned without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return request will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Fill Out the Return Form: To initiate a return, please fill out our Return Form. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. Once submitted, you will receive further instructions via email.
2. Prepare Your Return Package: Carefully package the items you're returning along with the packing slip that was included in your original shipment. This will help us process your return efficiently.
3. Ship Your Return: Send your package back to us using the carrier of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we'll issue your refund or process your exchange within 5 business days.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us right away. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring you're satisfied with your purchase.

Exchanges

For the quickest service, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in addition to our return policy.

Refunds

After we've received and inspected your return, we'll inform you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be patient as your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
• Product Condition: Items must be returned clean, unworn, and in their original condition, including labels and packaging.
• Proof of Shipment: Please keep your shipment's track and trace code as proof, as we require it for any investigation into missing returns.

We aim to process returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days and will notify you once the process is completed. Refunds may take up to 10 calendar days to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. We commit to issuing refunds within 14 calendar days of the return process.

Please be aware that returns failing to comply with our policy may be refused at Merrachi's discretion.
