For the quickest service, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in addition to our return policy.


After we've received and inspected your return, we'll inform you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be patient as your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
