Due to the high number of orders during our sale, some items sold out quicker than our system could track. Although we did our best to keep everything updated, sometimes stock levels weren’t 100% in sync. We even sent out an email before the sale to let customers know this could happen.

ORDERS

Regrettably, once you've completed the payment for your order, modifications are no longer possible as we promptly initiate processing. If you wish to add products, we recommend placing a new order.

Considering a cancellation? You can return your order after receiving it. Simply register the return online at merrachi.returnless.com.

First check your spam folder or junk e-mail, sometimes the confirmation ends up there.

Can't find the confirmation there either? Send us an email to info@bymerrachi.com from the email address you used to order. Then we will find out for you and you will still receive the order confirmation.

How awful. The item may have been damaged in transit. You can return the item to us free of charge. Register the return online with us at merrachi.returnless.com.

Take a clear photo of the damage and add it. If you would like to receive the item again, you can add a note that you would like this. If you are not able to figure it out, you can of

SHIPPING

You cannot change the address after the order has been placed because we are already processing it. Once an order is submitted, the address cannot be modified as we automatically transmit the data to the carrier.

You will receive the Track & Trace information via the email address you provided. Please use this information to pick up the package promptly upon delivery or change the delivery address to a designated pick-up point.

Yes, as soon as we transfer your order to the carrier you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code.

Please note that the carrier must process the order first. After the carrier has received your order, you can normally track your order from the next working day. Does the Track & Trace code still not work? Please try again the next working day.

Upon placing your order, we promptly initiate the process. Your order is then transferred to the carrier responsible for delivering the package to you.

Once we transfer your order to the carrier, you will receive an email containing the Track & Trace code.

It's important to note that the carrier requires time to process the order. Typically, you can start tracking your order from the next working day after the carrier has received it. If the Track & Trace code is not functional immediately, we recommend trying again on the next working day for accurate tracking information.

If you haven't received your order, please consider checking with your neighbors as sometimes deliveries may be left with them. Look for any notes in your mailbox that may contain delivery information. While some delivery drivers may not leave notes, you can also review the Track & Trace code sent to you via email to determine the status and location of your order.

If the package is not with your neighbors and the Track & Trace code indicates that it should have been delivered, it's possible the delivery person marked it as delivered but has not yet completed the delivery. If the issue persists and your order is not delivered the next day, please send us an email at info@bymerrachi.com. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving the matter.

RETURNS

Be sure to add the packing slip back inside the package when sending your return. Online orders can only be returned through our portal, not in store.

You can return your order up to 14 days after the delivery date.

Return your order to us unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached.

Once the return is received, the items go through our quality control process which can take up to 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be patient as your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process an exchange. You can return the item to us and place a new order for the item that you'd like.

  • Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned clean, unworn, and in their original condition, including labels and packaging.
  • Proof of Shipment: Please keep your shipment's track and trace code as proof, as we require it for any investigation into missing returns.

To initiate a return for a Scarve Gift Box, please ensure that the item is returned with the original Merrachi gift box and scarves unworn/undamaged in their original packaging, with all labels attached.

Each scarf is a unique product, so sizes may vary by up to 5 centimeters in length and width.

If the scarf you received doesn't meet your preferences, we invite you to initiate a return process at return.bymerrachi.com. Simply register the return online and proceed to order a new scarf.
