International Shipping and Customs

Orders delivered to international destinations may face import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. You, as the importer of record, must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the receiving country. Delays due to customs clearance processes are possible and may affect delivery times. Address Changes & Tracking

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed as we promptly initiate the processing and transfer the order to the carrier. You will receive an email with the Track & Trace code, which allows you to track your package. Please note, tracking information may not be available until the next working day after the carrier has processed your order.

If you have not received your order, check with neighbors or look for a delivery note. If the Track & Trace code indicates delivery but you have not received anything, please contact us at info@bymerrachi.com.

Non-Delivered Orders

If your order has not been delivered as expected, please use the Track & Trace code to check its status. If there are issues with the delivery, or if it's marked as delivered but not received, please get in touch with us for assistance.

Free Returns for Incorrect Deliveries
