We cannot wait for you to receive your MERRACHI order! Below, you will find detailed information about our shipping policies so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing

At MERRACHI, we strive to process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please keep in mind that shipping times may extend beyond our standard processing window in case of an increased volume of orders, for example following a new collection launch or sale period. We truly appreciate your understanding surrounding this!

 

To ensure smooth delivery, we kindly ask customers to verify their shipping information before completing their purchase. MERRACHI is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrectly provided address details. Once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible, as we promptly start processing your order to ensure swift delivery. 

 

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking link to track your package. Please note, the tracking information may not be available until the next working day after the carrier has processed your order as well.

International Shipping and Customs

Orders delivered outside of the European Union and the UK will be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that import duties will be paid upfront by MERRACHI. This way, you won’t face any additional costs upon arrival in your country. Taxes will be calculated at checkout. You, as the importer of record, must still comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the receiving country. While we strive to provide accurate delivery times, delays due to customs clearance processes are still possible. We recommend consulting your local customs office for more information if needed.

In the unlikely event that an item is missing or incorrect, we kindly ask you to take photos of the items and/or package so we can thoroughly review your case internally. 

 

If your order has not arrived, despite the tracking link indicating it was already delivered, we kindly suggest checking for a delivery note or confirming with a neighbor first, as part of our shipping partner’s standard procedure.
