This satin fabric combines a luxurious shine with an elegant, fluid drape, offering a refined balance between lightness and fluidity. Its mid-weight quality adds depth and richness to the silhouette, allowing garments like dresses, tops, and pants to flow gracefully while maintaining presence and shape. The fabric feels smooth against the skin and moves beautifully with the body, making it perfect for both everyday sophistication and elevated occasions. This fabric is known for its glossy finish, smooth tactile texture and elegant drape.
This material of your satin garment is 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex, meaning it is very durable. However, we still recommend certain precautions when handling the fabric.
However, because of its delicate nature, satin can be prone to snags and pulls if not handled carefully. It is best to turn the garments inside out before washing to protect the delicate surface from snags and abrasions. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can dull the fabric's shine. After washing, air drying is recommended to maintain the fabric's smooth finish and to prevent any potential shrinkage or damage from heat. If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting and place a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric to avoid leaving marks.
